Build a mature character with a stable creative brief
This is a character-development workflow for fictional adults: establish an identity, choose a scene, and then vary the presentation without making every image an unrelated reroll.

Define an adult identity
Start with an unambiguous fictional adult age and a compact visual identity: face, hair, body type, expression, and overall presence.
Set one scene
Give the character a specific setting, composition, camera distance, and lighting direction. Avoid trying to create a whole series in the first frame.
Branch presentation deliberately
Once an identity works, vary atmosphere, wardrobe, pose, or styling from that foundation and compare each direction against the same character brief.
What makes a character workflow useful
Separate identity from presentation. Identity describes the fictional adult character; presentation describes the setting, composition, lighting, and styling. That separation makes it easier to notice whether a later branch is still the intended character or merely a new attractive image.
Keep the adult boundary explicit
Red is only for clearly adult, lawful fictional content. Do not use minors, age-ambiguous subjects, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual impersonation of a real person. Use references only when you have the right to transform them.
